Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A rental contract is drawn up for which you pay a deposit of 50% up to 7 days before your stay. Thereafter 100% of the rental is paid in advance.
Cancellation policy: D-15 no charge, between D-15 and D-7 50% charge, between D-7 and D 60% charge.

We receive deposits by bank transfer or cheque (if 10 days in advance). Payment on site will be invoiced. The balance can be paid by credit card or in cash.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price. It includes orange juice, a choice of hot drinks, bread, homemade cake, homemade yoghurt and cereals. Eggs, ham and cheese are available for a supplement of €6.
